Fruit of the Spirit

Intro: Why Study the fruit of the Spirit?

Galations 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

I love the fruit of the Spirit; pardon the pun, but they are sweet to my soul! What I mean by that is that I am thankful for them and they have helped me tremendously in my spiritual walk. They are my standard as a mother and wife and I can use them as a guide in making life choices.

When approached with a sincere heart, prayer and humility, the fruit of the Spirit can become real in your life.

What does it mean for them to become real in your life? It means that you will reap the benefits of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

In this study we will explore each of these fruit. We will learn what the fruit are, what they look like in our lives, their significance in our lives and what the word of God has to say about them.

In my opinion this is perfect for our first mission together and to start our fellowship and coaching together here at the MoM Coaching Blog. Most of what we will discuss here will have a foundation in one or more of these fruit.

I hope you join us in this study! Feel free to share any testimonies, revelations, or questions you may have below in the comment section. Enjoy!
